About
For over 15 years, I’ve built and scaled sales systems across the UK, US, and Canada, operating in environments where performance is measured by results, not intent.
Everything is designed to be practical, clear standards, repeatable processes, and disciplined execution. Systems that hold under pressure, not just in ideal conditions.
I didn’t study sales. I built businesses with it.
Before sales, I ran businesses in the music industry, promotions, a record label, and journalism. That’s where I learned the realities of cash flow, accountability, and consequence. Sales became the lever to scale, so I started from the bottom to build the fundamentals properly and earn real operating experience.
More than once. Comfort was never the objective. Progress was.
The biggest obstacles weren’t external. They were internal, ego, control, impatience.
Each reset reinforced the same principle: assume the answer is incomplete, adjust quickly, and execute consistently.
That’s how systems are built.
And that’s what scales.

The Real Differentiator
Most people won’t do the work.
They want shortcuts.
There aren’t any.
I’ve built this across countries, markets, and industries.
The system works.
Because it’s built on fundamentals.
And fundamentals scale.
Reality check
If your revenue stopped today…
could your system rebuild it?
If not, you don’t have a system.
You have activity. Not predictability.
Positioning
I am not
what you expect.
And that’s the point.
Not a coach
Not a speaker
Not a motivator
A revenue operator.
